  • Tracking the status of each application and keeping clients updated

Job Description:

  1. Meet and counsel clients looking for immigration to countries (Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, etc.). 
  2. Attend walk-ins to the office and counsel for overseas opportunities, profile assessment, documentation, and step-by-step process.
  3. Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.
  4. Keep record of client data, and update them on a regular basis.
  5. Listen to the customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  6. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  7. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
  8. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  9. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  10. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  11. Possess excellent communication, oral and written skills
