Canada Express Entry draw released on September 2 is detailed as follows:

This is an all-program draw, which implies that applicants across all immigration categories, that are, , Federal Skilled Trades (FST), Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) programs, also including the Provincial Nominee Program will be considered for the invitation. In the Express Entry Draw, announced on September 2 a total of 4,200 eligible candidates will be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for immigration to Canada. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score cut-off for this recent draw was equivalent to 475 points. The tie-breaking rule applied for this draw was for all those profiles that are submitted at 475 points after August 16, 2020 at 01:22:18 UTC.

This is an all-program draw and is the first since the one released in early August and also only the third one since the pandemic has caused the closure of Canada borders. But it should be noticed that the draw has issued largest number of ITAs in a single draw since the COVID-19 has hit Canada. It therefore suggests that for some time in future, a pattern of alternating draws, that is between all-program and program-specific draws could remain in trend.
