The results of Alberta's September 30 immigration draw have been announced.

The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) welcomed 275 Express Entry applicants with at least a 300 score to apply for a provincial nomination

Since the beginning of September, the minimum cut-off score for Alberta PNP draws has remained constant at 300.

In all, four Alberta Express Entry stream draws were held in September, each with a minimum score requirement of 300. Last month alone, 1,610 invites were issued.

Since resuming invitation rounds in January 2021, Alberta has invited 5,617 Express Entry applicants to file for a provincial nomination. It has taken a little break in the latter months of 2020. The draws invite Express Entry applicants to file for a nomination certificate, which will substantially help their permanent residency application.

Alberta is permitted to issue 6,250 nomination certificates this year.
