ITAs sent out for 43^rd Express Entry of Canada

John McCallum, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration of Canada, as per the Immigration and Refugee Act Section 10.3, accorded the appended Ministerial Instructions (MIs) with respect to the invitations for applying of permanent residency through Express Entry program of Canada. The 43^rd Express Entry program draw of Canada was held on 21^st September, 2016 wherein invitations for PR was garnered by 1,288 prospective applicants who have scored 483 or above in their CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System). The 42^nd draw of Express Entry program was held on 7^th September wherein the 1000 candidates having CRS of 491 or more were sent ITAs for Canada PR.

Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of 2002 (IRPA) accords parliamentary authority under Canada Immigration. Under this act number of provisions that allow Minister to send out various instructions towards officials of immigrations that results in garnering immigration goals much more easily for the Canadian Government. These MIs are generally issued only for brief time period only while dealing with issues such as process for temporary residency for federal skilled worker selection as well as garnering applications.
