
New Work Visas for Australia immigration to be launched from November 2016.
As on 19th November 2016 new subclasses for Australia Immigration are planned to be introduced. These classes can only be arranged by an applicant for a specific activity or work basis which is temporary in nature.
Once approved by the Governor – General, Australian Government has planned to introduce four visa sub classes which basically accords advantage for applicants needing visa migration to Australia for either specific type of activity or business needs only for short duration.
The following four visa subclasses will get introduced from 19th November 2016:
- Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) Visa Subclass 400.
- Temporary Work (International Relations) Visa Subclass 403.
- Training Visa Subclass 407.
- Temporary Activity Visa Subclass 408.
- They will be able to go for visa application via online process right from their ImmiAccount.
- Instead of 6 sponsorship program namely, training & research, long stay activity, entertainment, super yacht crew, special programs and professional development, only one main sponsorship program – Temporary Activities Sponsor will be required.
- The applicant needs to perform a highly specialized short period work that is fresh and not an ongoing one.
- As per special circumstances, applicant is required to perform a work activity which benefits Australia in some way.
- As per the situation created under a bilateral contract.
- In order to either teach a foreign language in an Australian school or to emblematize a foreign government.
- To serve under a diplomat as domestic work on full time basis.
- As an individual having immunities and privileges of statutory nature.
- In order to perform under Seasonal worker program.
- The candidate should be taking part in research project for academic purpose.
- The prospective customer should be participating in top notch sports activity along with training for it.
- Should be a member of staff exchange program as a high level skilled official.
- Should be a prominent member of entertainment industry.
