invite 24 Express Entry candidates out of total 186 invites issued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skilled workers and international student graduates living both in Manitoba and overseas were being invited in the recent Expression of Interest (EOI) draw held on January 2, 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/manitoba-provincial-nominee-program\/\">Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program<\/a><\/span><\/strong> or the MPNP issued 186 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to applicants in the following three immigration streams: Skilled Worker in Manitoba, Skilled Worker Overseas and the International Educational Stream. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The MPNP distributed invitations in the following of Interest (EOI) draw since the MPNP program started in April 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/canada-express-entry-pr-visa-program\/\"><br \/>\n<strong>Candidates invited under the Express Entry System <\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Out of the 186 <strong><em>Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA)<\/em><\/strong> issued in the latest draw released by the province of Manitoba, 24 were received by those eligible applicants who already have their profile in the Express Entry pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Express Entry System is an online system that is used by the federal government of Canada to manage applications for permanent residence (PR) received from skilled workers for three important Economic-Class immigration categories: <strong><em>The <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/federal-skilled-worker-program\/\">Federal Skilled Worker Program<\/a><\/span>, Federal Skilled Trades Program and the Canadian Experience Class. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Express Entry candidates are ranked using the <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/canada-comprehensive-ranking-crs-points-calculator\/\"><strong><em>Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/span> which evaluates various human capital factors that includes age, education, work experience and language proficiency. The highest-scoring candidates are then sent an invitation to apply (ITA) for permanent residence of Canada through regular <\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/all-express-entry-draws\/\">Express Entry draws<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Express Entry candidates who are being issued a provincial nomination are awarded with extra 600 CRS points, which surely guarantee receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence of Canada in the subsequent federal Express Entry draw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In order to get considered to get a provincial nomination from Manitoba, candidates with their profile in the Express Entry system should have an eligible work experience in one of the in-demand occupations of Manitoba\u2019s government, along with other requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is also mandatory for them to submit a separate Expression of Interest (EOI) towards the Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program (MPNP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Expression of Interest <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In order to get invited under the provincial nomination from the province of Manitoba through the <strong><em>Federal Skilled Worker Program in Manitoba <\/em><\/strong>and<strong><em> Federal Skilled Worker Overseas<\/em><\/strong> immigration categories, candidates are required to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) towards the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">An Expression of Interest (EOI) is an online profile of a candidate that is ranked on a score of 1,000. Points are awarded to candidates on the basis of their education, work experience, English or French proficiency, connections to Manitoba, along with other factors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A particular number of highest-scoring candidates receive a Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA), thereby making them eligible to apply for the <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/manitoba-provincial-nominee-program\/\">provincial nomination program of Manitoba<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and therefore for the Canadian permanent residence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the recent draw, the lowest-ranked candidate that is being invited through the <strong><em>Federal Skilled Worker Program<\/em><\/strong> under the Manitoba Stream had scored 534 Stream had scored 708 points.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>Skilled Worker Overseas and Skilled Worker in Manitoba <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <strong><em>Skilled Worker Overseas Category<\/em><\/strong> of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program\u2019s (MPNP\u2019s) enables the MPNP to select and then nominate skilled international workers who have the ability to support the labour market needs of the province of Manitoba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Candidates should already have a prior and established connection with Manitoba which includes close family or friends, work experience or previous education completed from the province, or an invitation received from one of the <strong><em>Strategic Recruitment Initiatives<\/em><\/strong> of MPNP, along with other requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Also, these relatives are not needed to be present in Manitoba at the time of application submission in order for you to qualify.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The 42 candidates that are being invited through the MPNP\u2019s <strong><em>Skilled Worker Overseas Stream<\/em><\/strong> were invited directly by the Strategic Recruitment Initiative of the provincial government of Manitoba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Candidates invited through the Federal Skilled Worker Category are required to be working anywhere across the province and should also have a full-time, permanent job offer from their employer based in Manitoba, along with fulfilling other eligibility criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>International Education Stream <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p
