The dates of the rounds may alter. Invitation figures may differ in each round based on the number of requests the department is processing. In December 11th round of invitation, a total of 250 applicants received invites to<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/\"><strong>apply for permanent residency in Australia<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Invitation process and cut-offs<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The largest ranked applicants are encouraged to apply for the appropriate visa by points score. For applicants who have equal points scores, the time at which they reached their<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/australia-immigration\/australia-immigration-points-system\/\">points score<\/a>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">for that subclass (referred to as the date of impact). Interest expressions with previous effective dates are invited before subsequent dates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[table id=6 \/]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Point scores and the dates of effect cut off for the pro rata occupations in the 11 December 2019 invitation round.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Due to high levels of demand, and in keeping with previous years, the below occupation groups will be subject to pro rata arrangements to ensure availability of invitations across the program year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">SkillSelect first allocates available places to Skilled \u2013 Independent visas (subclass 189) and then the remaining to Skilled \u2013 Regional (Provisional) visas (subclass 489).
