The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/canada-comprehensive-ranking-crs-points-calculator\/\">CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score<\/a> of was equivalent to 471 points. Since this is an all-program draw, therefore candidates who applied across any of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/canada-express-entry-pr-visa-program\/\">Express Entry associated program<\/a> would be eligible.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the last Express Entry Draw, which occurred on November 13, 2019, the CRS cut-off threshold was one point less than this score and was equivalent to 472 points.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">For this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/all-express-entry-draws\/\">Express Entry Draw<\/a> that occurred on November 27, 2019, a tie breaking rule would be applied and therefore not all those candidates that have secured 471 rank would receive an ITA.
