Two invitation rounds were conducted for nominating candidates from the Express Entry pool. These invitations were provided from the HCP (Human Capital Priorities) stream.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each candidate who would have received an ITA would also get additional 600 points through their CRS score. 779 candidates were provided the ITA. Being nominated by a province can significantly boost a candidate\u2019s CRS score.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ontario\u2019s HCP stream ranks candidates on the basis of Job offer from an Ontario based employer and English and French Language skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The results of yesterday\u2019s round are as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Search # 1<br \/>\nCandidates in the Express Entry pool who meet the HCP stream criteria and have a <strong>job offer in Ontario<\/strong>:<br \/>\nNumber of invitations issued: 480<br \/>\nDate and time of portal search: March 26, 2018 at 2PM EST<br \/>\nCRS score range: 351-446<br \/>\nDate Express Entry profile submitted: January 1, 2018 to March 26, 2018<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Search #2:<br \/>\nCandidates in the Express Entry pool who meet the HCP stream criteria and <strong>who have French language skills at Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 or above in all language abilities.<\/strong><br \/>\nNumber of invitations issued: 299<br \/>\nDate and time of portal search: March 26, 2018 at 4PM EST<br \/>\nCRS score range: 351-446<br \/>\nDate Express Entry profile submitted: January 1, 2018 to March 26, 2018<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The OINP is managing the volume of applications to the HCP stream at this time. The OINP will be issuing NOIs on a regular basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/express-entry-draws\/\">latest draws <\/a>were geared towards meeting the labour requirement for the province. Another target was to take in more French speaking immigrants into the province.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Express Entry is a fairly simple immigration program that enables candidates to apply for a single immigration program. Prior to this, candidates had to apply to different programs appropriate according to their requirements. This caused a lot of confusion. Also, the points accorded for job offer have been slashed substantially.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Usually candidates with more than 400 points in Express Entry pool are provided nomination by any province.
