The 43<sup>rd<\/sup> Express Entry program draw of Canada was held on <strong>21<sup>st<\/sup> September, 2016<\/strong> wherein invitations for PR was garnered by <strong>1,288<\/strong> prospective applicants who have scored 483 or above in their CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System). The 42<sup>nd<\/sup> draw of Express Entry program was held on 7<sup>th<\/sup> September wherein the 1000 candidates having CRS of 491 or more were sent ITAs for Canada PR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of 2002 (IRPA) accords parliamentary authority under Canada Immigration. Under this act number of provisions that allow Minister to send out various instructions towards officials of immigrations that results in garnering immigration goals much more easily for the Canadian Government.
