Additionally, it is the first non-French proficiency category-based draw since July 5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #e71414; padding: 0px 10px; text-align: center;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #fff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/67-canada-immigration-point-system\/\">Check Your Skilled Assessment &amp; Eligibility<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today&#8217;s draw is the third <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/all-express-entry-draws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Express Entry draw<\/strong><\/a> of the week. The previous draw on October 22 invited 400 candidates from the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), with a minimum CRS score of 539. Additionally, a draw for Express Entry candidates with a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) nomination occurred on October 21, inviting 648 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 791.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In recent months, IRCC has established a pattern of conducting multiple Express Entry draws every other week, typically including draws specific to the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This trend underscores IRCC\u2019s commitment to increasing the number of domestic draws for Express Entry candidates currently living and working in Canada as temporary residents. This strategy aims to help the department reduce the number of temporary residents while also meeting the annual target for new permanent residents outlined in the Immigration Levels Plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The next plan is expected to be released by November 1 of this year, detailing targets for 2025-2027.
