Notification of Interest (NOI) was given to immigrants who had <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/canada-comprehensive-ranking-crs-points-calculator\/\">Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)<\/a><\/span> scores ranging from 250 to
