On April 22, Immigration Minister Sean Fraser announced the declaration, which would put an end to a months-long hiatus in FSW and CEC draws.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FSW and CEC Express Entry draws have been suspended since December 2020, and FSW and CEC draws have been paused since September 2021.
