In addition to this, the candidates should also possess a prior experience in an occupation listed in the Manitoba\u2019s in-demand occupations list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is the second PNP draw released in the month of January by the<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/manitoba-provincial-nominee-program\/\">Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)<\/a><\/span>, where the skilled professional and the international graduates were invited through the three immigration streams that are:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skilled Workers in Manitoba<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">International Education Stream, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skilled Worker Overseas Stream<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Details of the recently held MPNP Draw are described as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Category: Skilled Workers in Manitoba<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Total Number of invitations issued: 178<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">CRS score: 518<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Category: Skilled Worker Overseas<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Total Number of invitations issued: 17<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">CRS score: 681<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Category: International Education Stream<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Total Number of invitations issued: 23<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">CRS score: No EOI score requirement provided<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The MPNP considered only the Skilled Worker Overseas applicants selected in this draw in case they were invited directly through the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>Express Entry<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants that are eligible for the<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/canada-express-entry-pr-visa-program\/\">Express Entry System<\/a><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">are then ranked on the basis of Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score which further takes into consideration the human capital factors to assess the candidates. This includes, age, employment experience, education and language proficiency skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The highest-scoring applicants are invited to apply for the permanent residence of Canada through the regular federal Express Entry draws that selects candidates from the Express Entry Pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Those candidates who receive a nomination from the province are awarded with additional 600 points towards their existing<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/canada-comprehensive-ranking-crs-points-calculator\/\">Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)<\/a><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">points in their EOI and therefore are guaranteed an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the subsequent draw from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All the Express Entry candidates who receive a provincial nomination letter from the province of Manitoba in this particular draw need to provide their valid Express Entry Number along with job seeker validation code.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>EOI System of Manitoba<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Individuals who want to immigrate to Manitoba through the Provincial Nominee Program of the province or the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigrationxperts.com\/canada-immigration\/manitoba-provincial-nominee-program\/\">Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)<\/a><\/span> are required to register themselves by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) with the MPNP to receive the Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) through the Skilled Workers Overseas stream and the Skilled Workers in Manitoba streams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Under Manitoba\u2019s EOI system, such eligible applicants are ranked out of 1000 points across Human Capital factors that include their education, employment experience, language proficiency in English and\/or French, connection with the province, along with other characteristics.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Details about Manitoba Immigration Stream<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Skilled Workers in Manitoba immigration stream and the Skilled Workers Overseas Category enable the provincial government of Manitoba to nominate eligible and skilled candidates who have the potential to support the labor market needs of the province.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">People who are located overseas are required to have a prior established connection with the province.
