Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Overseas Educaton sector
  • Good and extensive knowledge of the Australian international education sector
  • Motivation to push for and meet individual targets in a timely manner
  • Capacity to convert leads and maintain follow up with the client and RTO until the final CoE outcome
  • Strong ability to work in a team with a proactive approach
  • Energetic and creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude towards achieveing organisational goals
  • Good organisation skills and ability to pay high attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate, plan and execute ideas effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills in relation to the team as well as external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Counsel international students to facilitate admission into Australian Universities, RTO's andColleges, including course change (on-shore) and off-shore.
  • Increase long-term retention of students by maintaining after sale engagement
  • Content building for marketing posts and participate in other marketing activities when required
  • Maintain Inquiry notes, file notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE's, Task list, follow ups in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regularly
  • Respond to the client within the TAT (Turnaround time) and enter data into CRM in a timely manner
  • Meet monthly targets and maintain the conversion ratio
  • Maintaining good customer service, appraisal and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the process

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administrative support to the Education Consultants.
  • Organise and follow up offer letters, confirmation of enrolments (CoEs) and other relevant supporting documents from the Representative Education Providers as directed.
  • Complete quality application paperwork and screen documents received from international students for document quality, authenticity and genuineness.
  • Provide administrative support to both Education Agent Partners and Representative Education Providers on behalf of the Counselling team.
  • Process admission applications including GTE assessment before sending for issuance of Letters of Offer.
  • Maintain Inquiry notes, file notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE's, Task list, follow ups in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at all times.
  • Punctuality/Time Management - (Attendance, Response to the client within TAT (Turnaround time), Entering data into CRM timely/correctly, Sending timely Reports etc.).
  • Respond to queries from students regarding admissions process, course structures, entry requirements, student application status and any other admissions related queries.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as partnered education agencies, and OSHC providers.
  • Assist in notifying students appropriately in relation to course orientation.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in successfully handling a team of counsellors
  • Good and extensive knowledge of the international education sector in Australia
  • Motivation to lead and drive a team of education counsellors to meet sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal skills in relation to the team as well as other internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Provide directions, guidance, instruction to a team of Education consultants and junior consultants in line with the recommendations/process set by the Operations Manager
  • Assist Operations Managers in managing the flow of day - day operations
  • Provide Induction training and CRM training for every new staff joining the team under consulting or admin role.
  • Communicate clear instructions related to admissions or visa procedures, Education Partner courses and Education representative updates
  • Counsel international students to facilitate admission into Australian Universities, RTO's and Colleges, including course change (on-shore)/off-shore
  • Coordinate with junior consultant, team leaders, operations Managers to execute the processes and sales pipelines seamlessly
  • Maintain Inquiry notes, file notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE's, Task list, follow ups in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regularly
  • Respond to the client within the TAT (Turnaround time) and enter data into CRM in a timely manner
  • Meet monthly targets and maintain the conversion ratio
  • Maintain good customer service, appraisal and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the process
