Spouse/Partner Factors
If you are planning to immigrate to Canada along with your spouse or common-law partner, then you should be aware that you can claim a maximum of 20 points based on your spouse/partner’s language ability. Additionally, their education level and work experience gained in Canada is worth 10 points for each of the partner.
